Bluevia is the global developer platform from Telefonica that helps developers take apps, web services and ideas to market and we make it easy for your application to access our network APIs and global communications infrastructure. This includes payments, communications, location and much more, available using web technologies like RESTful API's and OAuth.
If you want to find out more you can try out our Developer Console but if you want to jump straight into the code all you need to do is get an API key and download one of our client libraries from GitHub (don't forget to check our API documentation and HowTos tutorial and guides!).
